(1) Use of Our Studio
These terms of service (hereinafter referred to as “these terms”) apply to customers who use the services provided by Chepolinko Studio (hereinafter referred to as “our studio”).
(2) Changes to These Terms
Our studio may change these terms by posting the updated version on our website (https://chepolinko.com, hereinafter referred to as “the site”). The revised terms will apply to all customers from the date of publication.
(3) About Our Studio’s Facilities
・Eating and drinking are permitted within our studio. We also provide beverages and snacks for children. ・Our studio is equipped with toys for children to play with and Netflix for families to enjoy while waiting for their session. Additionally, there is a park near the studio. ・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. ・If you need parking, please use the nearby coin-operated parking lots. ・For newborn photography, the temperature in the shooting space is kept warm for the baby’s comfort. ・We also provide a diaper-changing station and a breastfeeding-friendly environment.
(4) About Reservations
・Our studio operates on a reservation-only basis. Please arrive at the studio at your scheduled time. ・Reservations can be made through the dedicated form on our website. ・For newborn photography, we recommend booking in advance. The date of the photo session will be finalized after your baby is born. Please note that we only accept up to 15 newborn sessions per month, and if you book after birth, it may be difficult to secure your preferred date, so we recommend reserving early.
(5) Plan Details
・Details of our service plans are listed on each page of our website. Please refer to them for more information. ・The number of “patterns” listed in each plan refers to the options available for costumes, backgrounds, props, and lighting. ・You may choose your plan on the day of the shoot, and our staff will assist you with personalized counseling. ・After the photo session, we carefully retouch each image. You will be able to review the finished images before we finalize them. Any additional retouching after the initial review is provided free of charge. ・Our studio does not provide unedited photo data. Unedited photos are not part of the product we offer, and only retouched final images are provided as the final product. ・Our photographers carefully select only the highest quality images for delivery according to your chosen plan. For newborn photos, we offer a viewing session where you can personally select your favorite images. ・Additional photos can be purchased for 5,000 yen per image. ・We do not accept changes to photos after the final data has been delivered. Any modifications will require additional fees.
(6) About Payment
・Payments can be made by cash or credit card (MASTER / VISA / AMEX / JCB / Diners Club / Discover). ・For reservations, prepayment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
(7) Pet Accompaniment
・Certain plans allow for photoshoots with pets. Please check the details on the respective plan pages. When inquiring, please inform us about the type and number of pets. ・The care of pets during the session is the responsibility of the customer, and our studio does not assume any liability.
(8) About the Photoshoot
・A female photographer will conduct the session. ・We offer a variety of costumes for newborns, maternity, and baby sessions. If you wish to bring your own outfits, that is also possible. You may even send them to us in advance. ・You are welcome to take photos with your smartphone during the session. ・During newborn sessions, we recommend that families avoid being too close for extended periods, as the baby may wake up from their scent. ・There will always be an assistant during the session. Our experienced staff ensures safety, so you can leave everything to us with confidence.
(9) Cancellation Policy
・No cancellation fee will be charged if you change the session date at least 72 hours in advance. ・Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee equal to 100% of the reservation cost. ・No cancellations are accepted after the session or after products have been ordered or paid for. ・For newborn sessions, a deposit is required at the time of booking. After the baby is born, the session date will be confirmed. If we do not hear from you within one week after birth, the deposit will not be refunded. However, you may change your session to a baby photography session.
(10) Other Notes
・We are not responsible for any damage, dirt, loss, or theft of items brought into the studio. ・Please refrain from using our studio if you are not feeling well. ・If there is any damage to the studio’s equipment due to customer negligence, appropriate compensation will be required.
