For over 12 years, Chepolinko Studio has been dedicated to newborn photography. As one of the pioneering studios in Japan to embrace newborn photography, we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have captured so many families’ precious moments.

1. When should I book a newborn photo session?
   We recommend making a reservation before your baby is born. Newborn photography is especially popular during the first one to two months after birth, so booking early is ideal. Provisional reservations are also available, and the exact date can be confirmed once your due date approaches.
2. Is it best to photograph a newborn right after birth?
   Yes, the ideal timing is when your baby is 7–14 days old. During this period, babies tend to sleep more deeply and are easier to gently pose. We also warmly welcome sessions with babies who are over three weeks old.
3. What should my baby wear?
   Our studio provides a wide selection of outfits and accessories suitable for newborns. We also prepare clean, stylish props that enhance your baby’s natural beauty.
4. What should parents wear?
   We recommend fathers wear shirts in calm, neutral colors, and mothers wear a nude-colored bra. During the session, we provide beautiful fabric outfits for mothers. We are also happy to offer guidance on coordinating outfits for the whole family.
5. How should we prepare for the session?
   We recommend keeping your baby awake before the session. Please feed your baby just before the shoot begins. Throughout the session, we carefully consider your baby’s comfort and take breaks as needed.
6. How will the photos be finished?
   From the hundreds of images taken, we carefully select the best photographs and edit them using the latest techniques. With natural retouching, we create true works of art that highlight your baby’s unique charm.
7. About the photography staff
   All sessions at our studio are handled by experienced female photographers. We provide a warm, friendly, and safe environment where you can feel confident entrusting us with your child.

How to make a reservation?

• Online Booking: Please use our studio’s convenient booking form. You can make a reservation easily and quickly.
• Phone Booking: We also accept reservations over the phone. Sudden reservations after childbirth are possible, so please feel free to consult us.
• Confirmation of Reply: If you do not receive a reply from us within 2 business days, please contact us again.

 

Payment Methods

• Advance Payment at the Time of Reservation: Please pay 10,000 yen by credit card (MASTER/VISA/AMEX/JCB/Diners Club/Discover) or bank transfer at the time of booking.
• Payment of the Balance: On the day of the shoot, payment can be made at the studio by credit card or in cash.

 

Placing your order

• You will be able to view the completed photos 2 to 3 weeks after the shoot and place your order afterwards.
• For additional orders, we request payment via bank transfer or credit card.
• Please note that we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
