Chepolinko is a photo studio specializing in maternity photos, newborn photos, and kids photos. Our spacious 100m2 studio is located in the heart of the city, Shinagawa Ward.

For the comfort of our guests, the Chepolinko Studio is reserved exclusively for you. There are two rooms in the large studio, the lounge, and the shooting area.

  1. When is the best time to book a newborn photo session?
    We recommend booking before your baby is born. Newborn photography is especially popular during the first 1 to 2 months after birth, so early booking is ideal. Provisional bookings are also possible, with the exact date to be confirmed as your due date approaches.

  2. Is photography of newborns right after birth ideal?
    Yes, the ideal timing is between 7 to 14 days after birth. Babies tend to fall into deep sleep easily during this period, making it easier to pose them adorably. We also welcome photographing babies who are over 3 weeks old.

  3. What about the baby’s clothes?
    At our studio, we have a wide selection of outfits and accessories suitable for newborns. We also provide clean and stylish props to enhance the natural beauty of your baby.

  4. What about the parents’ attire?
    For fathers, we recommend shirts in calm colors, and for mothers, a skin-toned bra is recommended. During the shoot, we will provide beautiful fabric outfits. We also offer advice on coordinating outfits for the entire family.

  5. What about preparations for the shoot?
    We recommend waking the baby up before the shoot. Please feed the baby milk before the shoot. We will consider the baby’s mood to the utmost and take breaks as needed during the shoot.

  6. What about the finish of the photos?
    From the hundreds of photos taken, we select the best ones and edit them using the latest technology. We finish them as genuine works of art, enhancing the baby’s charm with natural retouching.

  7. What about the photography staff?
    The photography at our studio is conducted by experienced female photographers. We provide a friendly and reassuring environment where you can comfortably entrust your child to us.

Reservation and Payment

How to make a reservation?

  • Online Booking: Please use our studio’s convenient booking form. You can make a reservation easily and quickly.
  • Phone Booking: We also accept reservations over the phone. Sudden reservations after childbirth are possible, so please feel free to consult us.
  • Confirmation of Reply: If you do not receive a reply from us within 2 business days, please contact us again.

 

Payment Methods

  • Advance Payment at the Time of Reservation: Please pay 10,000 yen by credit card (MASTER/VISA/AMEX/JCB/Diners Club/Discover) or bank transfer at the time of booking.
  • Payment of the Balance: On the day of the shoot, payment can be made at the studio by credit card or in cash.

 

Placing your order

  • You will be able to view the completed photos 2 to 3 weeks after the shoot and place your order afterwards.
  • For additional orders, we request payment via bank transfer or credit card.
  • Please note that we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
